8-18-09 - Farber Hill Rd in the area of Miller Dr. Brush Fire due to downed powerlines. Crews had to wait for over an hour, while the fire burned unchecked, for the Power Company to disconnect power to the area.

6-21-09 - Decker Lane. Cooking fire. Resident was not home. Crews gained entry to the structure and contained the fire to the stove.

6-19-09 - Mutual Aid into Kinnelon. Engine 4 stood by at the Kinnelon/Boonton Township border while a large tree and downed power lines prevented Kinnelon from accessing part of thier town.

5-13-09 - In the area of #55 Splitrock Rd for a reported brush fire. Upon arrival Capt. 1 reported fire was out overhall still needed. requested R-5 and U-11 to continue in. Firework found amoung debris. Fire is under investigation.

5-12-09 - Pumping Drill. Fire Department simulated pumping operations at a typical one or two room house fire.

4-22-09 - Activated Fire Alarm 130 Powerville Rd, St Clares Riverside. Engine 4 and Rescue 5 responded along with Boonton Truck 1 and Engine 3. Upon Investigation Crews found unattended ironing to be the cause.

4-20-09 - Van in the River - crews donned coldwater rescue suits and used the winch off Rescue-5 to remove the vehicle, which was still running on arrival. Good work all.

4-18-09 - Car In Woods - Rescue-5 used to pull SUV out of the woods in the area of Kingsland and Oak Roads.
